Bharath Ram, the driving force behind Adiyogam, is a dedicated yoga practitioner with a Master's degree in Yoga from SVYASA University. His transformative journey with yoga, inspired by Nataraja, the cosmic dancer, has shaped his holistic approach to the practice. Despite facing personal and professional challenges, Bharath found solace and resilience through yoga, viewing it as a path of self-discovery and integration of mind, body, and spirit. With expertise in various yoga styles and disciplines, Bharath passionately imparts his knowledge to students worldwide through teacher training programs, workshops, and retreats, leaving a lasting impact on the global yoga community.

Shreya is a versatile yoga practitioner with expertise in Hatha, Restorative, Kundalini, and Meditation. Her yoga journey includes studying under esteemed masters from schools like Sivananda, Ashtanga, and Hatha Yoga in locations such as the Himalayas, Rishikesh, and Bali. Specializing in slow flow, meditation, and pranayama, she emphasizes the importance of breathwork and inner peace, inspired by the concept of "अहम् ब्रह्मास्मि." Trained in Kriya yoga and Vipassana, Shreya's holistic approach to yoga focuses on cultivating harmony and balance within the self.
