SHREYA
[Meditation, Pranayama and Philosophy]

Shreya is a traveler, classical and latin ballroom dancer, fitness enthusiast, social cause contributor, and holistic health advocate.

From the start, she loved Yoga because it made her feel better physically, spiritually, and mentally by performing things she never thought she could on her mat. She swears by breath-related fluidity. Her mother, a yoga teacher, took her to her first session at 13. Her yoga adventure began 20 years ago and became a passion and lifestyle. She is appreciative for the practice that helped her overcome her vulnerabilities and struggles throughout life. She studied yoga with Bharat Shetty, Hansanji, Parveen Nair, and Ravi Bisht to give back to the field. Her different Himalayan, Mysore, Singapore, and Bali teachers inspire her. She advises on diet, lifestyle, ayurveda, and divine feminine awakening in addition to yoga.

Shreya believes yoga should continue in one's thoughts, words, and actions after class. Yoga is for everyone, and despite its ancient roots, it is incredibly relevant and beneficial in today's stressful, chaotic, and tough environment.

Vipassana, Kriya Yoga, and other meditations helped her discover her profound understanding. Her classes aim to integrate body and mind and leave students feeling rejuvenated, nourished, and balanced. Her lesson usually combines asanas, pranayama, chanting, and meditation. Recommended for beginning yoga students seeking an exciting experience.

VARSHA RAVIKUMAR
[Aerial, Anatomy and Vinyasa]

Varsha is a movement artist and a yoga instructor who primarily specialises in developing programmes that have the ability to allow folks to "flow" through a journey. A path that leads to a connection with one's own self, whether that connection is on a physical level or on a far deeper level. It is one that will reawaken the observer that resides within us, allowing us to sense and experience the delight that comes with moving. A voyage of seeing the openness of the mind to allow for the unfolding of a variety of opportunities, which is essentially a feeling of transformation, stands out as the most crucial aspect of this journey.

She began her adventure in Movement at a very young age and has since learned and become certified in ten different styles of dance. More recently, she has also trained and become certified in three distinct modalities of yoga: Hatha/Vinyasa, Aerial, and Yin.

With eight years of experience in the dance teaching profession and five years of experience in the yoga teaching profession, she immersed herself in the art of movement and mindfulness. Her experience with yoga created a profound interest in the human body, which ultimately led her to investigate the complexities of human anatomy. Her pursuit of this knowledge has transformed her into a lifelong student of the human body, one who is always looking for ways to comprehend the intricate workings of its mechanics.

As she continues to study and develop in this sector, she has a strong desire to share her experiences and the knowledge she has gained with others. She hopes that she will be able to motivate and educate others alongside her.
